💼 Open Positions:

🔹Accounting Specialist:

✔️ Maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and reports.

✔️ Communicate with drivers, brokers, and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.

✔️ Handle basic bookkeeping and assist in financial planning and budgeting.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Experience in accounting or administration is a plus, but not required — we’re ready to train the right candidate.

✔️ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

✔️ English proficiency — Intermediate to Advanced.

✔️ Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.

✔️ A reliable team player with problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

🔹 Dispatcher:

✔️ Oversee and coordinate logistics operations.

✔️ Manage transportation routes, freight deliveries, and schedules.

✔️ Ensure smooth communication between drivers and client.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✔️Experience in accounting or administration is a plus, but not required — we’re ready to train the right candidate.

✔️ Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

✔️ English proficiency — Intermediate to Advanced.

✔️ Ability to handle stress and multitasking effectively.

✔️ A team player with a proactive and results-driven attitude.

🏢 Work Conditions:

📆 Monday to Friday: 14:00 — 23:00.

📍 Office-based position

🔹 Afterhours Dispatcher:

✔️ Monitor and support drivers outside regular business hours. ✔️ Handle urgent issues, load updates, and route changes. ✔️ Maintain constant communication with drivers and internal teams. ✔️ Ensure uninterrupted operations during afterhours.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Dispatch experience is a strong plus (training available for the right candidate). ✔️ Ability to work independently and make quick decisions. ✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ✔️ English proficiency — Intermediate to Advanced. ✔️ Stress-resistant, responsible, and highly organized.

🏢 Work Conditions:

📆 Monday to Friday: 23:00 — 07:00.
