About the role We are looking for a proactive Client Support & Sales Coordinator to support our online sales operations in the luxury watch sector. The main focus of this role is responding to client inquiries across different channels, supporting the sales process, and maintaining smooth communication with potential buyers.
Key responsibilities
Responding to client inquiries across different channels in a timely and professional manner
Supporting the sales process from the first contact to order confirmation
Following up with prospective clients and maintaining active communication
Providing watch details, photos, videos, and commercial information to clients
Coordinating with the internal team regarding availability, pricing, and client requests
Requirements
Experience in customer support, sales support, or e-commerce communication
Strong written communication skills in English
Additional languages are a strong advantage
High attention to detail and a client-oriented approach
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Interest in luxury watches or luxury goods
Conditions

Fully remote format, with availability between 08:00 and 20:00 CET
