B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager (Consulting / MGVER)

Location: Remote Ukraine / Dubai / EU / Flexible Type: Full-time Department: Business Development

Role Overview

We’re looking for a B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager who will develop and manage strategic partnerships to attract new clients to MGVER. This role combines lead generation, relationship building, and deal management across consulting, audit, and R&D service lines.

You’ll work directly with our CEO and consulting team to identify opportunities, establish collaboration pipelines, and convert warm B2B leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a B2B lead generation strategy for consulting, audit, and market-entry projects.

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, founders, investors, accelerators).

  • Identify and approach potential referral and channel partners (consulting firms, PR agencies, venture funds, tech vendors).

  • Manage the full sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to negotiation and closure.

  • Maintain CRM pipeline, reporting, and follow-up discipline.

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine positioning and messaging for target industries.

  • Represent MGVER in digital and offline business communities, events, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B sales / partnerships / business development (consulting, tech, or financial sector preferred).

  • Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, and closing deals with corporate clients.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Understanding of professional services, consulting, or venture ecosystem.

  • Self-driven, structured, and able to work autonomously within global teams.

Compensation

  • Base rate: negotiable (depends on experience and region)
