Dispatch assistant (USA, logistics, transportation)

Job description

We are a flatbed company located in Chicago, IL with more than 13 years in the trucking industry with more than 80 trucks in our fleet and a professional dispatchers team and great safety score. We are looking for a motivated person with strong communication skills who can join our team REMOTELY as a dispatcher assistant.

Requirements:

• English language — B2
• Clear telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication
• Understanding of the trucking industry in the United States (some experience in transportation would be a huge plus)
• Motivated personality
• Positive / Professional attitude
• Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)

Schedule: Remote, 15:00−01:00 (Kyiv time) (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with drivers via phone and email in order to resolve issues quickly

• Help drivers/dispatchers upload pictures of loads and provide BOLs on time
• Determining correct tarp size (if needed)
• Document Management, processing and saving data/information about loads via DataTruck
• Providing reports and analysis of information
• Provide direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to dispatcher-supervisor
