Senior SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead advanced SEO strategy development, oversee multiple client projects, and drive measurable results in organic performance.

This is a leadership-oriented position for a professional who combines deep technical expertise, strong analytical thinking, and strategic vision.

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you’ll take ownership of SEO processes from comprehensive audits to keyword strategy, content architecture, and reporting while mentoring junior team members and coordinating with content, design, and development departments.

Key responsibilities

1. SEO strategy & leadership

• Develop and execute advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for multiple projects.
• Define SEO goals, KPIs, and growth forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Supervise keyword strategy development, semantic clustering, and internal linking plans.
• Mentor junior SEO specialists on best practices.

2. Technical SEO excellence

• Conduct in-depth technical audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema markup, and structured data.
• Collaborate with developers to fix crawl, indexation, and performance issues.

3. Content optimization & growth

• Build and oversee SEO-driven content plans (blogs, landing pages, pillar pages).
• Research trending topics and emerging keywords to expand organic reach.
• Manage link-building strategy (guest posting, outreach, digital PR).

4. Analytics & reporting

• Analyze data from GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain SEO dashboards and performance reports.
• Present monthly/quarterly results and insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
• Deep understanding of Google algorithms and current SEO trends.
• Strong expertise in keyword research, site architecture, and technical optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, SurferSEO, ChatGPT for content workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights.
• Experience managing or mentoring SEO teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and performance-driven mindset.
