About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Agent to join our team and provide exceptional service to our international clients. You will act as the first point of contact, solving inquiries, ensuring accurate information delivery, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and advanced English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming client requests via email
  • Investigate and resolve technical or service-related issues in a timely manner
  • Moderate client accounts — monitor activity, ensure compliance with terms of service, and update account data when needed
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the reporting system
  • Work with Google Docs / Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools for documentation and reporting
  • Follow SLA and KPI standards to ensure optimal service levels
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve workflows and customer experience

Requirements:

  • English proficiency — C1 level (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer or administrative support, preferably in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting
  • Technical skills in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace tools
