🔥Our client is a fast-growing U.S. logistics company — is expanding the Expedite Division and looking for a driven, ambitious, and sharp Brokerage Sales Representative ready to grow fast in logistics sales.

Their mission is simple: move freight safely, quickly, profitably — with a people-first mindset.

📌 What You Will Do

• Communicate daily with carrier sales representatives from brokerage and 3PL companies to source available freight
• Negotiate and quote competitive rates based on lane trends, market conditions, and capacity
• Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations teams to match loads with available trucks
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities
• Track load performance, ensure timely updates, and resolve any service-related issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of communications, pricing, and booking details

🧠 What We Expect From You

• 1+ year of experience in freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics sales
• Deep understanding of U.S. trucking lanes & pricing logic
• Proficient English (written & spoken)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple partner conversations
• Proficiency with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, Sylectus, etc.) and CRM tools
• Professional, responsive, problem-solving mindset
