You will help us scale our widely used, industry-changing product and our service-side business with constantly growing projects from EU/US.

Experience closing 2−3 Middle positions per month
Ability to build a strong and trustworthy relationship with candidates
Knowledge of full hiring cycle
Experience using all modern recruitment channels like LinkedIn and Djinni
Experience with automation tools
Good understanding of development technologies and popular frameworks
Work on a full cycle of IT recruitment and earn a commission
Work with dedicated Sourcers to minimize routine
Communicate closely with Hiring Managers
Conduct research and analyze the job market
Work on improvements in the recruitment process
Maintain systematic reporting
