    Shift: 08:00 AM — 06:00 PM CST (Chicago Time)

    Compensation: Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission + KPI Bonuses (Expected OTE: $1,000 — $2,000+ USD/mo equivalent)

    MISSION

    To drive consistent revenue growth for H2H Movers by converting high-intent leads into confirmed bookings through expert consultation and persistent follow-up. Sales Representatives in our company isn’t just an «order taker"—they are a high-energy consultant who provides peace of mind to customers while maximizing profit margins and fleet utilization.

    EXPECTED OUTCOMES

    SR must achieve the following results within the first year:

    1. Conversion Rate (Booking Ratio): Maintain a lead-to-booking conversion rate of at least 50% across all primary lead sources.
    2. Speed to Lead: Ensure 100% of new inquiries are contacted within 10 minutes during business hours (speed is the #1 factor in moving sales).
    3. Follow-up Efficiency: Generate at least 15% of total sales through a systematic follow-up process (minimum of 5 touchpoints per lead).
    4. Estimate Accuracy: Maintain a 90%+ accuracy rate between initial quotes and final invoices to minimize claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
    5. Data Integrity: 100% compliance with CRM protocols, ensuring all move details are perfectly documented for the logistics and operations teams.

    • Advanced/Fluent English: Native-level fluency with the ability to navigate American idioms, accents, and high-pressure negotiations.
    • Closing Skills: A natural ability to handle objections, «ask for the sale,» and steer the customer toward a booking without over-discounting.
    • Consultative Selling: Ability to ask the right questions to uncover hidden needs (packing services, valuation coverage, specialty items).
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Maps (for logistical routing).
