Sales Agent (Arabic, Call-Centre)

🔑 What You’ll Do:

• Engage with players via phone and chat (inbound & outbound)
• Promote the company’s products and convert leads into loyal customers
• Resolve players' issues effectively and professionally
• Meet and exceed individual KPIs and team targets

🗣 Communication Skills We Value:

• Fluent Arabic speaker with Gulf area dialect is a MUST
• Strong English skills
• Active listening & empathy
• Persuasive communication & negotiation
• Comfortable receiving and giving feedback

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in sales, customer support, conversion or retention within iGaming
• Resilient to rejection and able to stay positive under pressure
• Driven by performance goals and eager to grow professionally
• Confident in phone communication — not afraid to call or follow up

📘 You Should Also Have:

• Solid knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Zoiper, call monitoring tools)
• Understanding of customer care standards

🕘 Additional details:

• 1000$ basic + bonuses
• 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Day or Night shifts based on business needs and your preferences
