Technical Account Manager, Product Optimization Specialist (Travel Tech)

Our company conducts a competition to fill the vacancy of the Optimization Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Communication with suppliers, clients and company employees.
• Preparing technical requirements, managing «tickets» for IT team (ejuniper.com — travel tech. company based in Spain)
• Analyzing product (hotels) — traffic, sales, rates, performance to drive optimization and improvement of sales.
• Research new algorithms methods to optimize and automate the way to configure products for our clients to improve performance and sales.
• Configuring feeds per each client considering all factors such as sales channels (B2B, B2C, WEB), traffic, performance, client requirements.

Requirements for a candidate:

• English Intermediate or higher
• Higher technical education
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build close relations with people.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel. (Pivot tables, functions).
• Knowledge of API XML interface and workflow
• Experience in product optimization or similar positions.
• Ability to plan and organize working day
• Ability to work with several projects in multitasking mode and set priorities.
• Knowledge and skills in web technologies, booking systems, SOAP, Business Analytics is welcome.
• Experience in managing Juniper booking engine is a big advantage.
