Our client is a fintech project launched in 2025 by a team with deep hands-on experience in building financial solutions and operating in the gaming and betting sector. In 2025, the project is focused on developing a payment orchestration platform, integrating multiple payment channels, and onboarding its first merchants. In 2026, Manitist plans to roll out its own payment solutions across Latin American countries. A key priority of the project is building a strong, proactive, and highly effective team capable of executing ambitious goals in a fast-growing market. Mission: lead global business development strategy, drive revenue growth, open new regions, build strong merchant and partner pipelines, and help transform GATE into a leading high-risk payments platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global business development strategy for high-risk verticals (primarily iGaming + digital commerce).
  • Identify new markets, merchant opportunities, and key partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, alternative payment providers, and banking partners.
  • Build and scale the sales organisation: hiring, training, leadership, and performance management.
  • Work closely with CPO on aligning product roadmap with market demand, trends, and merchant requirements.
  • Develop and own go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partnership frameworks.
  • Drive revenue growth through a mix of strategic deals, networking, and long-term relationship building.
  • Actively represent GATE at conferences, industry events, and within personal networks.
  • Work directly with the founder to align commercial strategy with overall company targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in online payments, ideally in high-risk/ iGaming verticals.
  • Strong background in strategic sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership roles (Head of Sales, Head of Strategic Partnerships, BizDev Lead, CBDO, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of payment gateway operations, payment methods, routing, risk, and compliance specifics for high-risk verticals.
  • Wide professional network across PSPs, operators, payment providers, acquirers, and key industry players.
  • Visionary mindset: ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into commercial strategy.
  • Strong execution skills: hands-on, proactive, able to drive deals independently.
  • Leadership maturity: able to build trust, develop teams, and work within a rapidly growing structure.
  • Excellent communication skillsand English fluency.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — willing to be deeply involved and motivated by long-term success (including profit-share model).
  • Based within 3−4 hours CET (remote-first).
