We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in financial technologies and trading systems to design, build and optimize solutions tailored for broker firms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both front end and back end development, trading APIs, compliance requirements, and performance-critical applications within regulated financial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Architecture and Development.
   • Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack web applications for broker management, client onboarding, and trading operations.
   • Implement APIs to integrate with market data feeds, brokerage systems, and third-party trading platforms.
   • Develop modular, reusable, and maintainable codebases with modern frameworks such as React/Next.js, Node.js, and .NET Core or Java, etc.
   • Optimize back-end services and databases for high throughput, low latency, and reliability.
   • 2. Data Integration & Brokerage Infrastructure. Engineer data ingestion and processing pipelines for real-time and historical market data.
   • Integrate brokerage APIs for order execution, account management, and risk analysis. Develop tools for monitoring order flow, margin calculations, and trade reconciliation.
   • Support connectivity between internal systems and external clearing houses or liquidity providers. 3. Security, Compliance & Reliability.
   • Implement robust security practices, including data encryption, authentication, and authorization (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, SAML). Ensure compliance with financial regulations such as MiFID II, FINRA, or ASIC, and data protection standards (GDPR).
   • Develop audit trails, logging mechanisms, and exception handling to support operational transparency and regulatory reporting.
   • 4. UI/UX & Client Experience.
   • Build intuitive, responsive dashboards for broker administrators and clients.
   • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex financial data into actionable insights through visualizations and analytics tools.
   • Implement front-end best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
   • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalability, fault tolerance, and cost optimization.

   • Qualifications.
   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
   • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in financial services or brokerage technology.
   • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#, with solid command of both front-end and back-end frameworks. Knowledge of trading systems, financial data protocols (FIX, WebSocket), and regulatory environments.
   • Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
   • Ability to build friendly communications with clients.
   • Ability to manage projects.
