About the Role

We are looking for a creative designer with a strong performance mindset — someone who understands what makes ads convert and actively uses AI tools to speed up, test, and scale creative production. This role is not about template-ish design. Your main focus will be creating high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other paid channels, testing variations, and iterating fast based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design static, animated, and short-form video creatives for paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Actively use AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) to scale creative output efficiently
  • Adapt creatives to different formats and placements (feeds, stories, reels, shorts)
  • Stay updated on paid ads trends, platform best practices, and emerging AI tools

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience designing paid ads creatives for platforms like:
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Google Ads (Display, YouTube)
    • TikTok Ads
  • Strong understanding of what works in performance marketing (hooks, CTAs, visual hierarchy)
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation (must be active, not just curious)
  • Ability to work fast and deliver high-volume creative output
  • Strong sense of motion, pacing, and storytelling for short-form ads

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating UGC-style ads
  • Basic understanding of ad metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Experience with motion graphics and simple animations
  • Knowledge of automation workflows or AI pipelines for creative production
