🔹 ABOUT US

We are a US-based trucking company focused on long-term cooperation, stable work, and professional growth. As the dispatch supervisor, I am looking for a responsible and motivated dispatcher to join our team and manage daily dispatch operations.

🔹 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dispatch trucks across the United States
• Book and negotiate loads with brokers
• Plan efficient routes and optimize miles
• Daily communication and support of drivers
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS)
• Handle delays, rescheduling, and road issues
• Control paperwork (Rate Cons, BOLs, PODs)
• Work with load boards, phone calls, and emails

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

• English level: Intermediate or higher (spoken & written)
• Experience in US truck dispatch is a plus
• No experience? No problem — we provide training
• Knowledge of DAT / Truckstop load boards
• Understanding of US trucking & logistics workflow
• Ability to work US time zones
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Responsibility and attention to detail
