About the Role

We’re looking for a highly experienced Product Designer to lead an end-to-end product redesign in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

This is a hands-on role for a product-minded designer with strong UX thinking, exceptional UI craft, and the ability to take ownership from early concepts through production-ready screens.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering to simplify complex workflows and deliver a clean, intuitive, and scalable product experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full product redesign initiatives: user flows, UX architecture, UI, and interactions
• Translate complex, data-heavy workflows into clear and intuitive user experiences
• Own design execution in Figma from early concepts to final, developer-ready assets
• Build and evolve a lightweight, scalable design system
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
• Work iteratively, shipping improvements continuously with strong attention to detail

Requirements (Must Have)

• 5+ years of experience in product design (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
• Proven experience leading major product or platform redesigns
• Strong portfolio showcasing shipped products and measurable outcomes
• Excellent UI/visual design skills combined with strong product thinking
• Deep experience working in Figma (systems, components, flows)
• High ownership mindset, fast execution, and strong collaboration with developers

Nice to Have

• Experience with fintech, accounting, invoicing, or finance-related products
• Background designing data-dense admin panels or dashboards
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows or review/approval flows
• Familiarity working in fast-paced, iterative product teams
