Опис вакансії

TP-Link Ukraine is seeking a driven, dynamic, and ambitious Channel Sales Managerwho will play a key role in driving TP-Link's growth within the Reseller channel and will contribute directly to the long-term success and market expansion of TP-Link in Ukraine.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support reseller channel sales growth.
  • Manage partner support programs and motivation initiatives aimed at driving business expansion.
  • Monitor competitors' activities within key customer portfolios.
  • Increase TP-Link market share among key accounts.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities with key customers to drive sales growth.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager in consumer electronics and/or computer peripherals.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1), written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate strategic business insights.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to secure win-win outcomes.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, highly result-oriented, and positive personality.
  • Excellent communication capabilities and a strong team player mentality.
  • Basic technical knowledge of consumer networking products (routers, modems, network cards) is required; a degree in Networking or IT is preferred.
