Опис вакансії

We’re looking for a Junior-Middle Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on B2B lead generation. You will work in a technical environment and gradually take ownership of lead generation processes — from research and message sequencing to automation and real communication with potential clients.

This position will involve all aspects of marketing, but the majority of the responsibilities includeactive outreach, automation, and structured lead generation.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in B2B Marketing and Cold Lead Generation.

English:

  • Intermediate (B1) or higher
  • Ability to write clear outreach messages and hold written conversations

Fundamentals:

  • Experience with cold email or LinkedIn outreach
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and sequences
  • Ability to build and adapt message sequences
  • Copywriting for outreach messages and emails
  • Experience managing conversations with potential leads
  • Experience with:
    • LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, Telegram
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Google Ads / Google Analytics / Tag Manager (basic level)
  • Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) in daily work
  • Ability to work systematically, document work, and report results
  • Ability to work independently with routine work
  • Analytical skills, detail-oriented, quick learner, problem-solver

Extra credit:

  • Understanding of web development basics
  • Marketing automation tools (Make.com, email platforms)
  • Familiar with LinkedHelper or similar tools
  • Experience working with B2B or service-based clients
  • Proficiency in information research skills
  • Basic Figma (working with layouts, comments)
  • CRM experience (e.g., Pipedrive)
  • Paid ads or performance marketing background
  • Marketing-related education or courses

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all the marketing activities for Code Harbor and our clients
  • Build and maintain active B2B lead generation pipelines and marketing automation workflows:
    • Set up and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach
    • Create, test, and optimize message sequences
    • Research target companies and decision-makers
    • Communicate with potential leads and handle responses
    • Set up and manage outreach and automation workflows
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social, paid ads, and email
  • Coordinate branding and positioning with designers
  • Manage and supervise clients' social media presence
  • Track performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements
  • Support broader marketing initiatives when needed
