Web designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Web Designer / No-code Developer with 1−2 years of experience to join our team and take responsibility for website design, visual materials, and creative assets across multiple digital and offline channels.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, remote position

• Working hours: 8:30 AM — 5:30 PM (Warsaw time)

• Lunch break: 1 hour

• Long-term collaboration in a stable project

• Close cooperation with the marketing and management teams

Responsibilities

1. Web Design & No-code Development

• Designing and building landing pages using WIX

• Optimizing designs for different devices and screen sizes

• Managing website structure, pages, and blocks within WIX

• Creating presentations, visual assets, and basic animation elements

2. Branding & Visual Identity

• Participating in brand book development and its components

• Maintaining a consistent visual style across the company and its products

• Designing graphic materials and branded assets

3. Print Design

• Creating layouts for printed materials: flyers, brochures, business cards, packaging

• Designing large-format print materials: stickers, roll-up banners, stands

• Preparing print-ready files according to printing house technical requirements

4. Advertising Materials

• Designing advertising banners and creatives for Facebook Ads and Google Ads

• Creating static and animated graphic materials

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional assets

• Reviewing and optimizing presentations and videos for different formats, sizes, and screens

5. Video (Basic Level)

• Basic video editing and cutting

• Working with Adobe Premiere Pro

• Using keyframes for basic animation

• Basic color correction

Requirements

• 1−2 years of experience in a similar position

• Confident use of WIX

• Understanding of UI/UX principles

• Experience in creating advertising creatives

• Knowledge of print production requirements

• Basic video editing skills

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion or basic animation

• Understanding of marketing funnels

• Experience working with brand guidelines
