Hi! We are Kiss My Ads — a digital marketing agency that creates high-performing marketing campaigns and helps businesses grow in the online space. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Dnipro.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Strategic management of complex marketing projects and programs.

• Participation in shaping marketing strategies and translating business goals into clear project plans.

• Managing a portfolio of projects, prioritizing initiatives and resources.

• Building and optimizing project management processes within the marketing team.

• Managing project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring return on investment (ROI).

• Establishing effective collaboration with top management and key stakeholders.

• Managing complex risks, crisis situations, and large-scale changes.

• Implementing modern approaches, tools, and best practices in project management.

• Evaluating team and project performance, initiating improvements, and scaling successful solutions.

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.

• Strong ability to organize team workflows and manage time effectively.

• Excellent communication skills — you can easily build rapport with both colleagues and clients.

• Result-oriented mindset and responsibility for the quality of outcomes.

• Willingness to grow in digital marketing and continuously learn new things.

• Formal education is not a key factor — we value your skills, experience, and motivation.
