Requirements:

• Experience: 0−2 years of experience in IT administration, procurement, or as a Junior Account Manager for a tech vendor.
• Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of cloud hosting models (IaaS/PaaS/ SaaS), domain DNS management, and software licensing types (Perpetual vs. Subscription).
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions for cost analysis) and experience with Jira or similar task managers.
• Soft Skills: High level of organization, proactive follow-up habits, and basic negotiation skills.
• Language: Fluent technical English (essential for navigating global SaaS platforms and technical documentation).

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Service & Infrastructure Procurement

• Subscription Management: Execute the purchase and renewal of SaaS licenses (e.g., Atlassian, Slack, Adobe, Google Workspace) as requested by IT leadership.

• Virtual Infrastructure Sourcing: Coordinate the procurement and scaling of VPS/VDS, dedicated servers, and CDN services in collaboration with the SysOps/SecOps Specialists.
• Domain & SSL Portfolio: Manage the registration, renewal, and documentation of domain names and SSL certificates, ensuring no service interruptions due to expiration.
• Licensing Compliance: Track license usage versus seat counts to ensure the company remains compliant with EULAs while avoiding overspending on unused «shelfware.»

2. Vendor & Service Level Management

• Service Provider Liaison: Act as the primary administrative point of contact for Hosting Providers, Domain Registrars, and SaaS Vendors.
• Market Benchmarking: Regularly compare VPS/VDS pricing and SaaS tiers to ensure the company is receiving the best market rates and feature sets.
• Account Reconciliation: Work with Finance to reconcile monthly recurring revenue (MRR) invoices for cloud services, ensuring usage-based billing matches actual consumption.
• Contract Repository: Maintain a centralized digital repository of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), terms of service, and renewal dates.

3. Lifecycle & Strategic Support

• On/Offboarding Integration: Support the IT Helpdesk by ensuring license pools are sufficient for upcoming hires and that licenses are promptly reclaimed/canceled during offboarding.

• Cost Optimization: Identify duplicate subscriptions or overlapping services (e.g., two different project management tools) and propose consolidation.
• Shadow IT Identification: Monitor corporate spend to identify unauthorized software purchases and bring them into the official IT procurement workflow.
