OnlyBlooms is a Canadian e-commerce company operating across D2C, B2C, and B2B channels.

We manage and scale multiple brands in beauty, wellness, and specialty consumer products, including La Sultane de Saba (Canada), Purity Coffee, Azoree Lab, and additional private-label and distribution brands. We sell through Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale channels.

The goal of this role is to make email one of our key revenue drivers.

Role Overview

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns and automations across multiple brands — primarily using Shopify Email. This is a hands-on execution role. The ideal candidate understands how to build flows, send campaigns, track performance, and improve results over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and send recurring email campaigns across brands
  • Build and optimize automations including Welcome, Abandoned Checkout, Post-Purchase, and Win Back flows
  • Write clear, conversion focused email copy
  • Segment audiences including new vs repeat buyers, inactive users, and B2B vs D2C
  • Track email driven revenue and performance metrics
  • Report on campaign vs automation results
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, timing, and offers
  • Collaborate with the founder and marketing team on launches and promotions

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Month-over-month email revenue growth
  • Automations contributing a meaningful share of email revenue
  • Consistent campaign cadence
  • Clear reporting and accountability
  • Requirements (Must-Have)
  • 1+ year of hands-on email marketing experience in e-commerce
  • Experience sending campaigns and flows via Shopify Email
  • Understanding of segmentation, campaign execution, and performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and execute without micromanagement
  • Strong written English

Nice to Have (Preferred)

  • Experience with Klaviyo or other ESPs
  • Experience managing multiple brands or Shopify stores
  • Experience with subscription or repeat-purchase products
  • Sales-driven email copywriting skills

Compensation & Opportunity
