Marketing specialist

Вимоги:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital marketing or strong junior-level experience with real практичними кейсами.
• Experience in creating marketing content (texts + visuals) for different formats and audiences: social media posts, visuals (images, short videos), blog articles, presentations.
• Basic understanding of core marketing channels: content marketing, social media, email marketing, basic paid promotion (B2B and B2C).
• Experience or basic knowledge of marketing analytics: website tracking tools, campaign performance metrics, data-driven decision making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Intermediate+ or higher).
• Basic design skills using tools such as Figma or Canva.

Обов’язки:

• Be a part of our Business Development team, and you’ll help develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the brand.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where we constantly test hypotheses, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
• Create visual (images, videos) and written content for social media, blog, advertisements, and other marketing materials (e.g. presentations).
• Work with email-marketing campaigns.
• Participate in planning and organizing online events.
• Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and campaign performance together with the BizDev team to improve marketing decisions.
• Engage in partnership activities: help identify potential partners, support communications, and assist in collaboration initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including the use of analytical tools for website tracking.
• Collaborate closely with team members across different departments to ensure marketing activities align with overall business goals.
