IT specialist

We’re building a SaaS platform for a construction company: estimates, quotes, supplier management, document workflows, and procurement.

Stack:

• Next.js 16 / React 19 / TypeScript
• Supabase (PostgreSQL + RLS + Edge Functions)
• AG Grid Enterprise + HyperFormula
• tRPC / Zustand / TanStack Query
• shadcn/ui (Tailwind v4)

Development Approach:

• BMAD methodology (agent-driven workflows)
• Claude Code as primary development interface
• Stories → Implementation → Code Review → Ship

What You’ll Actually Do

Weekly rhythm:

• Pick up stories from the sprint backlog
• Run BMAD workflows (/dev-story, /code-review)
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and edge cases
• Write/review database migrations (Supabase)
• Debug, refine, ship

You’ll own:

• Features from PRD interpretation to production
• Code quality (you're the human-in-the-loop)
• Technical decisions within your scope

You won’t do:

• Write boilerplate from scratch (agents handle that)
• Wait for pixel-perfect specs (BMAD is iterative)
• Sit in meetings all day (async-first)

Who You Are

Must-have:

• 4+ years TypeScript/React experience
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL (queries, migrations, RLS concepts)
• Experience with modern tooling (Git, CI/CD, testing)
• Self-directed remote worker
• Curious about AI-assisted development

Strong signals:

• Used Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar AI coding tools
• Built or worked on multi-tenant SaaS
• Product intuition (you ask «why» before «how»)
• Construction/B2B software experience

Honest reality check:

• You’ll review more code than you type
• You’ll prompt-engineer as much as you code
• You’ll catch AI mistakes (they happen)
• You’ll work autonomously (small team, high trust)
