With a team of around 45 remote professionals, we also nurture two innovative startup ventures. As our React Native Developer, you’ll report directly to Christopher Shaw, our founder and CEO.

Working at Shaw and Partners

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor to edit videos and create animations/transitions primarily for our social media content. You’d collaborate with our marketing time, working on our main brand, as well as startup and music brands. Apply your editing expertise to enhance visual appeal and storytelling. Join us in crafting captivating videos that resonate with our audience!

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas for content and help create script
• Edit raw footage into cohesive videos, applying visual effects and transitions
• Collaborate with content creators to understand project objectives
• Enhance videos with audio, music, and graphics as needed
• Maintain consistency in style and branding across videos
• Incorporate feedback to refine videos for final production
• Deliver finished clips/videos to the marketing specialist for posting or post

Requirements

• Experience in video editing with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Basic knowledge of video formats and codecs
• Creativity and attention to detail, as in a lot of jump cuts
• Familiarity with motion graphics is a plus
