Delivery manager, Senior Project Manage (GRIT)

Project Overview

UADAMAGE is hiring a Delivery Manager to join a cross-functional team working on a national-scale Big Data initiative in Ukraine. The project focuses on building a geospatial platform for multifactor analysis of territories to support demining activities planning and productive land use. The system integrates remote sensing, environmental and socio-economics indicators, and includes both Big Data infrastructure and AI/ML modules. The platform is under active development under support from international partners.

Role Summary

Oversees end-to-end execution and delivery across international teams working on the geospatial platform. Set up project workflows to ensure timely delivery and high quality of outputs. Lead and track all delivery phases, including solution design, development, quality assurance, UAT, deployment. Manage and align project backlog to match with both stakeholder needs and delivery capabilities of the engineering team. Coordinates deliverables and milestones in line with overall project objectives and donor commitments. Ensuring high level of satisfaction across all project partners. Execute regular stakeholder reporting and manage communication with national authorities, donors, and cross-functional partners. Fosters transparent collaboration across all levels of execution. Responsibility for overseeing data request flows, data integration formalization, and platform adoption across the Mine Action ecosystem.

Qualifications required

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience in project/program delivery, with a focus on software development and international teams coordination.
• Experience in applying development process standards and delivery frameworks across distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Nexus), change management, and delivery workflows.
• Proven experience in building and setting up processes and managing full-cycle delivery, including design, development, QA, UAT, deployment, maintenance, and project transfer to BAU.
• Strong skills in cross-functional team coordination, milestone tracking, and quality assurance across complex delivery environments.
• Experience in preparing and delivering project execution reports, analytics, presentations, and documentation for external stakeholders and donors.
• Expert knowledge of project management tools and environments (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.).
• General understanding of Big Data and data management practices is an asset.
• Experience with data integration architectures and types of integrations (APIs, ETL, direct DB syncs) is an asset.
• Experience working on geospatial or spatial-data-driven projects is a strong asset.
• Experience working with multicultural teams, donor-funded or public sector digital projects, including coordination with governance authorities is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English is required.
