Supply Chain (MRP) Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain (MRP) Specialist to join the growing UAV startup, supporting Ukraine’s national needs with advanced drone technology.

In this role, you will manage the flow of materials and make sure production schedules run smoothly. You will work closely with different teams to optimize inventory and improve procurement processes.

Working in a startup means a fast-paced, flexible environment where agility, adaptability, and a hands-on approach are key. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials management, production planning. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure material availability in meeting daily production demands to achieve goals and metrics
• Mitigate material shortages through internal and external escalation
• Monitor material arrivals and address abnormal usage issues to ensure continuous production flow
• Track and analyze inventory data, including inbound, outbound and stock levels
• Generate and transmit work order material lists, ensuring compliance with inventory availability and production requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials while managing supplier relationships

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain management, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Upper-intermediate English with strong spoken and written skills
• Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience collaborating with international companies
• Ability to manage large budgets
• Knowledge of logistics processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data to support operational decision-making
• Proven ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility and adaptability
