Lemberg Group Inc. is a stable trucking company with over 13 years of experience in the industry, located in the USA, seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team remotely. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients while maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment for our drivers and employees.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily transportation operations. You will work closely with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and uphold our high standards of safety and customer service.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of truck dispatching experience.

• Fluent in English and Ukrainian.

• Knowledge ofHOS/FMCSA regulations.

• Experience in truck booking and driver route planning.

• Ability to support drivers and provide constructive feedback.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Friendly, solution-oriented personality with the ability to make quick decisions independently.

• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily transportation operations.

• Book the most profitable loads for trucks.

• Track and update the status of drivers and their trips.

• Maintain regular communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle logistics documentation, including rate confirmations, proof of delivery, and other necessary paperwork.

• Proactively address operational issues and resolve them before escalation.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain operational efficiency.

• Verify broker and client information to ensure accuracy and reliability of the logistics process.

• Manage and resolve unexpected transportation issues as they arise.

What We Offer:

• Work schedule: 7:00 AM — 4:00 PM Central Time (Illinois, Chicago) — 3:00 PM — 12:00 AM Kyiv time.

• Weekly salary payment.

• Paid vacation after one year of employment and paid day offs after the probation period.
