Engineer Manager

100 Villas + 70 Apartments (6 properties)

Responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the properties continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Assigning work, supervises staff and verifies and documents the completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system.

Managing the functionality and safety of the facility, including the physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems etc and life safety systems in accordance with local, state and national laws and regulations.

Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.

Directs outside contractors and inspects quality of work by team members.

Responds and coordinates responses to guest calls and emergency situations.

Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry

Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs

Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention

Cross-Departmental communication, including: Front Office — Food & Beverage (F&B)-Housekeeping- Security/IT
