Opening: Remote Sales Manager & Dispatcher 📍 Remote Work | Full-Time

We’re looking for a Sales Manager & Dispatcher to join our growing team! If you’re someone who loves connecting with people, staying organized, and thrives in a remote environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Connecting with clients through phone calls, messengers, and email — being their first point of contact.
• Coordinating cleaners' schedules and assignments to ensure smooth operations.
• Organizing communication between clients and cleaning teams — making sure everyone’s on the same page.
• Setting up schedules and appointments that work for everyone.
• Keeping track of how things are going and sharing updates with the team.
• Making sure every client feels heard, valued, and taken care of.
• Bringing a warm, friendly approach to every conversation.

What we’re looking for:

• Great communication skills — you know how to chat with people and make them feel comfortable.
• Someone who’s organized and pays attention to the little details.
• Comfortable with computers, messaging apps, and CRM systems.
• English at an intermediate level or higher (you'll be talking with clients regularly).
• Previous experience in sales or working with customers.
• Any background in coordination or admin work is a nice bonus!

What we offer:

• Work from anywhere! PT (Pacific Time) or EST (Eastern Standard Time), 9:00 am — 6:00 pm
• Paid monthly (we'll discuss the details in your interview).
