    Social Media Manager & Content CreatorAbout the Role

    We are seeking a highly creative, trend-aware Social Media Manager & Content Creator who deeply understands the American market and speaks fluent English. This role spans medical, construction, and marketing industries, requiring someone who can adapt tone, visuals, and messaging across very different audiences while keeping content engaging, modern, and effective.

    You will play a key role in shaping brand presence, storytelling, and audience growth across multiple platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies across medical, construction, and marketing brands

    • Create original, high-quality content including Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories, and captions

    • Stay current with U.S. social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats

    • Translate complex or technical topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content

    • Write strong, on-brand captions in fluent American English

    • Manage and organize content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

    • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client teams

    • Analyze content performance and optimize strategy based on insights and analytics

    • Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across multiple brands

    • Ensure content aligns with industry standards, compliance, and best practices

    • Support launches, campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling initiatives

    • Qualifications & Skills

      • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or Content Creator

      • Strong understanding of the U.S. market and consumer behavior

      • Experience working with medical, construction, and/or marketing brands (at least one required; multi-industry experience preferred)

      • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

      • Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies

      • Highly creative with a strong eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics

      • Ability to adapt content style and tone across industries

      • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
