Contract management specialist (Zagreb, Croatia)

We operate in 24 European countries with strategically located hubs in Amsterdam, Zug, Zagreb, Warsaw and Kyiv. Our main portfolio products include electricity, with a particular focus on renewable energy sources (RES), natural gas, and fuels.

We are looking for Contract Management Specialist to join our team at our office in Zagreb, Croatia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new counterparties for gas and power collaboration (collection of necessary documents from the counterparties, entering data into ETRM, controlling of all procedural stages and getting necessary approvals)
• Preparing documents for onboarding of new counterparties for collaboration with D.Trading (preparing compliance KYC questionnaire, collecting statutory documents, negotiation of NDA).
• Uploading contracts to ETRM for approval. If necessary, prepare documents for the committee or other authorized persons for decisions
• Negotiation process for approving individual contracts for gas and power deals (confirmations to EFET, LFC, SWAP, monthly purchasing agreements) between D.Trading departments and counterparties
• Proactively seek resolutions to blockages in any negotiation during the contract approvals.

Requirements:

• Fluent level of English & Ukrainian languages
• Understanding of Contract Terms & Conditions
• Understanding of requirements to legal documents
• Knowledge of foreign or Ukrainian trade activities
• Experience in contract management or customer support
• Knowledge of foreign or Ukrainian trade activities
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus
