Customer Support Representative (English, Chat)

We are looking for a support agent for Eloboss.net!

We provide virtual goods and services in competitive online games such as CS2, Valorant, Dota 2, and League of Legends worldwide, including Boosting, Coaching, and Accounts with Ratings.

Possible Schedules:

5/2, 12:00 — 22:00 (GMT +2), $800/mo.

6/1, 12:00 — 22:00 (GMT +2), $1000/mo.

Requirements:

• English B2 (with a test task).
• Have empathy and a willingness to help our clients in text chat. Have a clear understanding and prior experience in professional written communication with clients, and be able to handle customer interactions in a polite, efficient, and grammatically correct manner.
• Be a confident PC user and have basic Google Sheets skills.
• Possess basic logical thinking skills and be capable of basic counting. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze information are essential.
• Know or ready to learn the basics of competitive online games and how the rating system works.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from prospective and current customers via live chat.
• Process customer requests and resolve any issues that arise via communication with the rest of the staff.
