Logistics Specialist (E-commerce, Amazon FBA)

We are a fast-growing, US-based e-commerce company owning market-leading brands in Personal health and Home categories. We are looking for a High Agency Logistics Specialist, who will act as the «Traffic Controller» for our inventory, ensuring products are in the right place at the right time.

Requirements

Here is the profile of our ideal candidate:

1. Experience: 2+ years in Logistics / Supply Chain (specifically e-commerce or international trade).
2. Amazon FBA Knowledge: You understand the difference between FBA and FBM, know how to create shipping plans in Seller Central, and are familiar with restock limits.
3. Logistics Tech: You are comfortable working with freight forwarders, tracking shipments, and handling shipping documentation (Commercial Invoices, BOLs).
4. High Agency: You don’t wait for instructions. If a shipment is delayed, you call the carrier immediately. You focus on solutions, not excuses.
5. English: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced. You will communicate daily with US partners.
6. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets are required.

Responsibilities

You will act as the «Traffic Controller» for our inventory, ensuring our products are in the right place at the right time.

1. Supply & Shipment Planning: Plan and execute stock transfers across the company’s warehouse network (USA, UK, EU, Canada) and to Amazon FBA.
2. Fulfillment Oversight: Monitor the timely fulfillment and shipment of customer orders by our warehouse and 3PL partners. You are the one who notices if a warehouse is falling behind.
3. Logistics Coordination: Organize shipments between our warehouses and Amazon. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers and 3PLs to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Process Optimization: Actively research and source new logistics partners (carriers, 3PLs) to optimize company costs and improve speed.
5. Data Accuracy: Ensure all logistics transactions and costs are correctly and timely recorded in our inventory system.
6. Problem Solving: Resolve shipping discrepancies and lost cargo issues with carriers proactively.

Working Conditions

• Salary: $1000 — $1500 (pegged to USD).
• Schedule: Full-time, Remote. Late Shift to overlap with the US team (approx. 8am-4pm CT)
• Culture: No bureaucracy. Direct mentorship from the Supply Chain Lead.
