Inventory, Supply Chain Manager

Organo Republic is a growing gardening products company focused on delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions for home gardeners and professionals. We manage a diverse product portfolio, distributed through multiple sales channels such as Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory & Supply Chain Manager to strengthen our planning, production, and fulfillment operations.

Position Overview

The Inventory & Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for end-to-end inventory planning, supply coordination, and production oversight. This role combines sales forecasting, inventory control, supplier coordination, and production planning, ensuring product availability while minimizing shortages and inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Planning & Forecasting

• Analyze historical sales data and trends to develop accurate sales forecasts
• Identify upcoming inventory shortages using sales velocity and usage data
• Monitor raw materials, packaging, and finished goods stock levels
• Plan replenishment orders to maintain optimal inventory levels

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders on delivery schedules, lead times, and payment issues
• Confirm inbound shipments and ensure timely, accurate entry into the inventory system
• Review inventory databases for errors or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies
• Update inventory records based on confirmed deliveries

Production Planning & Execution

• Create production plans based on inventory availability and sales forecasts
• Monitor production execution and report on progress and variances
• Oversee the production of small bags and master bags
• Adjust production priorities in response to demand changes or urgent orders
• Coordinate with the warehouse manager regarding machinery availability, tools, and labor needs

E-commerce & Marketplace Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels for Amazon and Walmart channels
• Create inbound shipments and manage pickups with carriers
• Ensure inventory accuracy across platforms and prevent stockouts or overselling

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or operations planning
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and inventory analysis
• Hands-on experience working with suppliers, forwarders, and logistics partners
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center is a strong plus
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies
• Proficient in Google Sheets
• Strong communication and coordination skills
