Salary Information: $12−17 per hour

Your Role

• Perform hands-on VDC and Electrical BIM production, including modeling, coordination, shop drawings, and prefabrication deliverables.
• Ensure all work complies with design intent, NEC codes, and client requirements.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues and support the development of coordination-ready drawings.
• Manage tasks, project schedules, and internal deadlines effectively.
• Participate in client coordination meetings to align design intent, standards, and technical requirements.
• Support RFIs and technical clarifications as required.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Maintain strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Evolve, and other required VDC tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Electrical BIM
• Strong understanding of electrical systems
• Advanced Revit skills with an electrical focus
• Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
• Familiarity with BIM 360, ACC, and Bluebeam
• Team-oriented mindset with mentoring experience
• Reliable, organized, and deadline-focused
• Spoken and technical written Intermediate English
