Your Role

• Perform VDC production work including electrical BIM modeling, coordination support, shop drawings, and spool/prefabrication drawings based on project requirements.
• Do assigned tasks and deliverables on time and accurately.
• Ensure meeting design requirements, NEC code compliance expectations, Eracore quality standards, client requirements, and project specifications.
• Support coordination by identifying clashes, assisting in resolving coordination conflicts, and implementing required updates within the model and drawings.
• Follow Eracore modeling standards, drawing standards, and project.
• Provide regular updates on progress, raise questions when scope or design intent is unclear, communicate issues that may impact schedule or quality.
• Identify missing information or unclear details and communicate clarification needs to senior staff.
• Actively participate in training and apply feedback from reviews to improve technical performance overall deliverable quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines, support coordination needs.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in Electrical BIM
• Experience in modeling of electrical systems
• Advanced Revit skills with an electrical focus
• Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
• Familiarity with BIM 360, ACC, and Bluebeam
• Team-oriented mindset
• Reliable, organized, and deadline-focused
• Spoken and technical written Intermediate English
