QA, Testing Lead

• 3+ years of experience in iOS QA or mobile testing — with at least some experience guiding or mentoring others.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, test case creation, and release workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, Xcode, Charles Proxy, and mobile debugging tools.
• Exceptional ability to set priorities and determine what truly matters to meet aggressive deadlines
• Relentless problem-solver: analytical, precise, and never satisfied until the issue is resolved.
• Excellent English communication skills — clear, assertive, and professional.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the iOS QA/testing team with clarity, urgency, and uncompromising standards.
• Define what needs to be tested, when, and how — prioritizing with sharp intuition and strategic judgment.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing when needed; you are hands-on, not a spectator.
• Review and elevate test cases, scenarios, and QA documentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Use Postman, Xcode, Charles Proxy, and other tools to validate APIs, flows, and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure perfect releases.
• Own the bug lifecycle: identify, log, prioritize, and verify fixes across sprints and releases.
• Drive release readiness — no release goes out without your approval.
• Push your team to move faster, think sharper, and never settle for «good enough.»
