Operations, Supply Chain Manager (E-Commerce)

We operate three specialized online shops in the field of tableware and furniture, as well as two showrooms in Berlin. Our assortment includes 40,000 products from European manufacturers in the premium and luxury segment. We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Specialist with a passion for customer service and process optimization who can manage the following tasks 100% remotely and with 100% responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Consulting

• First point of contact for inquiries (email/phone) regarding orders, deliveries, and products.
• Independent product consulting for smaller orders.

Operations & Logistics

• Management of supplier orders and availability inquiries.
• Utilization of the ERP system as well as payment and logistics portals (PayPal, DHL, etc.).

Controlling & Process Optimization

• Recording procurement costs and identifying unprofitable orders.
• Contributing to the improvement of internal workflows and processes.

Requirements:

• Customer-oriented communication skills: You impress with a friendly tone, fast response times, and reliable feedback.
• Problem-solving skills: You find creative solutions and have a keen eye for detail.
• Structured workflow: You know how to structure your daily routine and never lose track of open inquiries and tasks.
• IT Skills: Proficient in Windows, Gmail, Excel, and our ERP system (JTL).
• Language Skills: English at an absolute fluent level (accent-free communication)
