Hi! I’m Bulat Barantaev, founder of Maskulo. We are a global niche brand of men’s gear (fetish, sports, and urban club culture). We are in a high-tech growth phase and I am looking for an in fact Strategic Content Expert to lead our digital presence across all global domains and markets.

The Mission: Architecting the Flow of Text

This role is strictly about the power of words. You aren’t here to manage copywriters; you are here to command a «department» of specialized AI «employees» (Google Gems). Your daily work revolves around text: communicating with AI consultants, refining prompts, and optimizing instructions to ensure that the final product texts and site content are fact-saturated, SEO-efficient, and culturally resonant. You are the human architect who connects our products to the «Urban Hedonists» of the world.

The AI-Driven Pipeline You Will Master:

1. Visual Analysis: You batch-upload product photos to our «AI Expert in Apparel» and guide it to generate fact-saturated English descriptions tailored to the consumer behavior of our audience in Vienna, Copenhagen, Birmingham, or elsewhere.
2. Architecture & Indexing: Directing our «AI Indexing Specialist» to assign precise Shopify/Google categories and SEO metafields. You’ll need to master technical nuances—knowing your Polyurethane from your Spandex—to control the precision of this categorization.
3. Transcreation: Overseeing our «AI Cultural Experts» as they adapt content—converting «pants» to «trousers» for maskulo.uk or highlighting «easy laundry» for the time-conscious customers of maskulo.us.

You ensure this text machine runs flawlessly across 10+ global domains.

Who You Are: The «Cultural BigData Scientist»

• Technical Power User: You are comfortable with NotebookLM, advanced prompting, and working with BigData. Our vast archives of multilingual descriptions are your «Reference Book» for training and fine-tuning our AI.
• The «House Owner» Spirit: You have an owner mindset. You don’t wait for instructions; you analyze data and identify sales gaps. You find genuine excitement in seeing the direct results of your efforts—for example, when ChatGPT starts recommending our brand or our Berlin flagship store to potential customers.
• On the Same Wavelength: You are open-minded and excited by our brand mission: giving customers the feeling, «Look how beautiful and awesome you are!»

Language & Team Culture

• English: High-level reading and writing literacy is a must. You will refine complex technical and marketing English. However, speaking is almost never required.
• The Team: 95% of our team are Russian speakers. We are a compact group of ~10 high-level pros working from different countries.
• Virtual Office: We co-work in a «Microsoft Teams Audio Room.» It’s an open space where you can listen, chat, or stay quiet—it keeps us connected regardless of geography.
• Bonus: Proficiency in German, Spanish, or another European language is a massive advantage.
