Hi! I’m Bulat Barantaev, founder of Maskulo. We are a global niche brand of men’s gear (fetish, sports, and urban club culture). I have over 20 years of experience in marketing and international business, a degree in advertising, and I previously built and owned my own marketing agency.

I am looking for a Marketing Designer (Design Producer)—a high-level partner for our visual pipeline. This role is unique because you will work directly with a founder who truly understands your craft. I don’t need explanations of composition or color theory; I trust a true professional. If you are tired of being micro-managed by people who don’t understand design, this is the place for you.

THE ROLE: Design Production & High-End Execution

This is a role for a «Finisher.» Your mission isn’t just to «create,» but to ensure that the marketing team receives the final, high-resolution file (digital ads for Meta, website assets for Shopify, or print-ready files for our Berlin flagship store).

The Producer’s Mandate:

• Ownership of the Result: You are responsible for the final aesthetic and technical quality of every asset.
• Smart Resource Management: You don’t waste your time on the basics. Standard design operations and manual retouching are outsourced to external partners. You act as the Project Manager, ensuring these resources deliver what we need.
• High-Level Creative Execution: While you manage the basics, you are the lead hand for high-impact work. You are ready and able to create top-tier design assets yourself, leveraging both your professional skills and advanced AI tools to achieve results that «stop the scroll.»
• AI-Driven Automation: You lead our automated retouching pipeline—turning raw product photos into hyper-realistic, high-energy catalog assets that reflect our brand DNA.
• Multi-Channel Delivery: From digital banners to physical Point-of-Sale materials (POSM) for our Berlin store, you ensure the technical specifications are flawless.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Lifecycle Management: Taking a strategic brief and managing the flow through automated retouching, layout design, and final export.
• Tool & Resource Mastery: You will command and optimize our specialized internal AI systems (Digital Artist, Apparel Visualizer, Design Guru), refining their instructions to improve commercial output every week.
• Quality Control: You are the final filter. Nothing reaches the marketing team or the printer in Berlin unless it meets your high-tier standards.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Professional Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. We require a solid foundation in the «rules» of design so you know how to break them effectively.
• Technical Excellence: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and «Power User» status in AI generative tools.
• The «House Owner» Spirit: You identify visual gaps in our stores or online presence and produce the solution independently.
• Production Literacy: You understand the difference between a web banner and a print-ready poster. Your files never «break» in production.

TEAM, LANGUAGE & CULTURE

• Direct Access to Expertise: You work directly with a founder who has 20 years of experience with designers of all levels. We speak the same language.
• Virtual Office: We co-work in a Microsoft Teams Audio Room. It is an open space for real-time collaboration.
• Language: 95% of our team are Russian speakers, but high-level reading/writing literacy in English is mandatory for technical prompt engineering and global marketing.
