Hi! I’m Bulat Barantaev, founder of Maskulo. We are a global niche brand of men’s gear (fetish, sports, and urban club culture). We are entering a high-tech growth phase, and I am looking for a Promotion Specialist — an architect who is a star of project management. I need a person who doesn’t just generate ideas, but owns the entire pipeline from the first AI prompt to the final photo report of a window display in Berlin.

The Mission: Total Ownership of the Promotion Lifecycle

This is not a role for a conceptual dreamer. While you will command a digital «sales force» of specialized AI Gems and leverage BigData (NotebookLM), your value is defined by execution. You are the bridge between a strategic impulse and a measured result.

Your End-to-End Responsibility Area:

• The Launchpad: Managing the technical launch of ad campaigns across Meta, Twitter/X, and global networks. You ensure the «Buy» button works and the tracking pixels fire correctly.
• Lifecycle Engineering: Architecting and implementing high-frequency email flows for our 20,000+ subscribers. You don’t just plan the flow; you ensure it lands in the inbox.
• Digital-to-Physical Bridge: You oversee the rollout of POSM (Point of Sale Materials). This includes verifying that our Berlin flagship store windows look exactly like the plan through photo reports and quality checks.
• The Measurement Loop: You find genuine excitement in defining clear, measured goals (ROAS, CLV, Conversion Rate) and then analyzing the cold, hard data to see if we hit them.

• Project Management Star: You are obsessed with timelines, dependencies, and «getting things done.» You thrive on moving a project from «In Progress» to «Completed.»
• System Thinker & Doer: You see the world in business processes. You can design a promotion workflow and then personally steer it through to the finish line.
• Data Literate: You don’t just «feel» if a campaign worked; you prove it. You are comfortable with BigData analysis and using AI to find patterns in 11 years of sales history.
• The «House Owner» Spirit: You have an owner mindset. You don’t wait for a task list. You identify a sales gap, architect the solution, launch it, and report the ROI.
• Cultural Wavelength: You are open-minded and excited by our brand mission to make the customers feel: «Look how beautiful and awesome you are!»

Language & Team Culture

• English: High-level reading and writing literacy. You will refine complex technical and marketing copy. Speaking is almost never required.
• The Team: A compact group of ~10 high-level pros. 95% are Russian speakers.
• Virtual Office: We co-work in a «Microsoft Teams Audio Room.» It’s an open space for real-time collaboration that keeps us synchronized regardless of geography.
