    At TruxSpot.com, we’re building the go-to platform for truck parking across the U.S. We help Parking Owners digitalize their lots, track occupancy and revenue in real time, and connect directly with truck drivers looking for a safe place to park. We’re growing fast and looking for a proactive partner to help us expand our network.

    The Role

    We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven negotiator who enjoys talking to people and building long-term partnerships. This role is heavily communication-focused: around 80% of your time will be spent on phone conversations and online demo calls with prospects, with occasional offline touchpoints at exhibitions and conferences.

    What You’ll Do

    • Outreach & Growth: Reach out to new Parking Owners, Fleet Managers, and Logistics Operators to get them excited about joining TruxSpot.
    • Relationship Management: Build long-term trust, run product demos, and close partnership deals.
    • Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire process via email, LinkedIn, calls, and in-person negotiations.
    • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the team to create sales materials and maintain a light digital presence (LinkedIn, social media).
    • Strategy & Data: Keep CRM data clean (HubSpot/Pipedrive), track progress, and bring fresh ideas to improve onboarding and growth strategies.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales or partnerships (SaaS, PropTech, or logistics background is a plus).
    • Communication: You are a natural negotiator, confident talking to business owners and decision-makers.
    • Language: English level B2-C1, both written and spoken.
    • Tech Stack: Experience with CRM tools and comfortable with a high volume of calls/demos.
    • Mindset: A proactive, curious, and results-driven individual who thrives in fast-moving startup environments.
    • Bonus: Experience with the U.S. logistics/transportation industry or outbound cold outreach.
