Client Success & Operations Manager (Remote)

Company: Nexus Growth Funds LLC (Business Consulting, Business Funding), California, USA Format: Remote / Part-time to Full-time (flexible) Schedule: 4−8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Salary: Fixed monthly + performance bonus (discussed on interview)

About us

  • Nexus Growth Funds helps business owners improve secure business funding to grow. We support clients from first contact through onboarding, documentation, and execution using clear scripts, SOPs, and a structured process.

Your role (what success looks like)

You’ll be the person who keeps clients organized, supported, and moving forward. Your job is to drive completion, reduce drop-off, and deliver a smooth client experience—while keeping our CRM clean and communication fast.

Responsibilities

  • Client onboarding: welcome new clients, explain next steps, and ensure a smooth start

  • Document collection & follow-up: request, track, and organize required documents (bank statements, IDs, business info, credit reports, etc.)

  • Client communication: daily messaging via WhatsApp/Telegram/Email using scripts + templates (UA/RU)

  • Progress tracking: update CRM statuses, notes, tasks, and timelines consistently

  • Appointment coordination: schedule/check-in calls, confirmations, reschedules, reduce no-shows

  • Quality control: catch missing info early, flag issues, and keep files organized in Google Drive

  • Reporting: short daily/weekly updates on pipeline, onboarding completion %, stuck clients, and next actions

  • (Optional) Operations support: improve SOPs, build simple trackers, and help streamline workflows

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian + Ukrainian (spoken and written)

  • Strong organization and follow-up discipline (you don’t «forget» people)

  • Comfortable communicating confidently with clients (polite, clear, direct)

  • Experience in VA / admin / customer support / client success (1+ year preferred)

  • Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive)

  • CRM experience preferred (not required)

  • Stable internet + laptop + headset

  • Ability to overlap at least 2−4 hours with US hours is a plus

Nice to have (not required)

  • Experience in finance, lending, credit, real estate, or high-ticket services

  • Basic Canva or social support skills
