Admix Global is a holding company with three businesses focused on link building. We are currently actively scaling our new platform — INSERT.LINK, a powerful tool for SEO professionals to acquire high-quality backlinks efficiently. We are looking for an experienced SEO Account Manager to nurture client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure client success in the competitive SEO niche. This role combines elements of customer support and customer success, focusing on helping clients maximize their budget spend on links while overcoming any challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them on effective budget allocation for link building to achieve their SEO goals.
  • Drive upsell opportunities by recommending donor sites, demonstrating platform features, and showcasing new functionalities to increase client spend and revenue.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and provide hands-on support to resolve client issues related to platform usage, link acquisition, or integration.
  • Monitor client performance metrics, analyze usage patterns, and proactively suggest optimizations to improve ROI and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather client feedback and contribute to platform improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on client revenue, engagement, and success metrics.
  • Participate in client-facing demos, webinars, or events to build trust and promote advanced features.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through timely responses and personalized strategies.

What we expect from the candidate:

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or support roles, preferably in SaaS, link building, or digital marketing (at least 2−3 years).
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including backlinks, donor site selection, keyword strategies, and domain authority.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset: ability to troubleshoot issues independently and turn challenges into upsell opportunities.
  • Data-driven approach: track and analyze client metrics to drive revenue growth.
  • Fluent English (B2-C1); additional languages are a plus for international clients.
  • Ownership mentality: take full responsibility for client success.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Total revenue managed from assigned clients (e.g., monthly recurring revenue or budget spend on links).
  • Client LTV growth.
