FASHION RETAIL ASSOCIATE

The Luxury Edition is looking for an experienced Fashion Retail Associate with hospitality background to join our ever-growing team in the Maldives.

You will be joining luxury multi-brand store based in the most luxury resort across the Maldives. You must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills and customer manner. You must be results driven, adhere to monthly targets, strive for the highest quality standards, be kind, passionate and enjoy working in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain exceptional customer service to each customer
• As brand ambassador, convert walk-in traffic into clients
• Fluent in English
• Be a team player and work well with others

The ideal candidate:

• Have strong selling skills and experience in hospitality or in fashion and/or fine jewelry retail industry
• Have strong understanding of luxury customer service
• Have strong attention to detail
• Language Skills: must be fluent in English
• Ability to build and maintain working relationships with all team members and other departments in the resort
• You enjoy fashion and know our brands and products
• You are friendly and welcoming

Location: Maldives

Salary: Basic Salary + commission from sales + more benefits (30 Days annual leave + flight ticket to home origin)

Flight tickets, visa, health insurance, accommodation and food is provided

Contract: Min. 2 years

Ideal Starting date: 1st March 2026
