Middle Java Developer

We are looking for a Middle Java Developer to join our team! Key responsibilities:

• Develop core platform features according to the product roadmap together with experienced peers;
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define and design solutions for new features;
• Troubleshoot complex real-world customer issues, working with high-throughput and low-latency systems;
• Take features from design to production within rapid timelines.

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing Java server-side applications;
• Deep knowledge of multi-threaded environments and a performance-oriented mindset;
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. Postgres, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, etc.);
• Experience with Oracle DB;
• Experience working with WildFly application server;
• Knowledge of Kafka;
• Understanding of number porting processes;
• Experience working with microservices architecture;
• Independent self-starter and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English.

Preferred qualifications (nice to have):

• Deep understanding of JVM internals and memory management;
• Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework;
• Prior experience in digital customer experience (CX) or a related business domain.
