Опис вакансії

Appliance Repair Company specializes in household appliance repair services across the United States. Due to active business growth and expansion, we are looking for a motivated and responsible Customer Support Manager who will play a key role in communication between clients and technicians.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

Fully remote, work from home

6:00 PM — 3:00 AM Kyiv time

(corresponds to 11:00 AM — 7:00 PM US time)

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing incoming customer requests (calls and messages);
  • Negotiating and confirming details for each order;
  • Assigning and transferring orders to technicians;
  • Daily communication and coordination with technicians and clients;
  • Monitoring order progress and completion;
  • Controlling payments for completed orders;
  • Maintaining order records and reports in Google Sheets;
  • Using Google Maps for technician routing and order distribution;
  • Resolving customer issues and handling non-standard situations;
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality;
  • Performing other tasks as required by the business.

Requirements

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written);
  • Confident user of Google Sheets;
  • Ability to work with Google Maps;
  • Stable and reliable Internet connection;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Professional negotiation and communication skills;
  • Experience in sales or customer support is a plus;
  • High level of self-organization and responsibility;
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
  • Stress resistance and result-oriented mindset.
