Customer Support Agent (Polish language)

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent for a fully remote role, acting as the main point of contact for customers and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

You will be expected to:

1. Act as the main point of contact for customers actively using the product;
2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
3. Provide customer support via email and chat;
4. Gain a good understanding of the product to effectively answer customer questions;
5. Communicate with other team members to find solutions when needed;
6. Escalate inquiries to the relevant departments when required.

(Full training will be provided.)

What you need to succeed in this role:

1. Fluent Polish speaker;
2. Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset;
3. Active listening skills, patience, and attention to detail;
4. Ability to manage time effectively in a shift-based environment;
5. Affinity with technology;
6. Previous Customer Support experience is required;
7. Previous iGaming experience is a plus;
8. English level: B2 for internal communication.

Work Model & Schedule:

1. Fully remote role;
2. Shift-based position;
3. Day shifts only (no night shifts);
4. Working days: 4 days on / 2 days off;
5. Shifts may include weekends.
