    Weekend Sales (Remote)

    (with growth into a full-time Sales role)

    We are Cleaning Laboratory, a professional cleaning service based in New York. We work with apartments, offices, Airbnb properties, move-in/move-out, and post-construction projects. Our approach is calm, structured, and human. We focus on quality communication, not aggressive sales.

    We’re currently looking for a Weekend Sales Assistant with the opportunity to grow into a full-time weekday Sales Specialist.

    🕒 Work Schedule & Format

    • Saturday & Sunday
    • 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM (New York time)
    • Remote position
    • You’ll need only a laptop and a stable internet connection
    • During working hours, you must be available and responsive
    • All internal communication is done via Telegram
    • $250 base pay + 5% commission on sales

    🧩 Responsibilities (Weekend Scope)

    🔹 Client Communication

    • Handle incoming leads (calls and messages) → fast response time, within 5 minutes.
    • These are clients who contact us directly (we do not make cold B2B calls on weekends).

    🔹 Outreach Preparation

    • Prepare cold B2B email campaigns (emails are scheduled for automatic sending on weekdays).
    • Emails must be:
      • structured,
      • personalized,
      • context-aware,
      • focused on starting a conversation, not pushing a sale.
    • Research and prepare B2B lead lists (real estate agents, offices, etc.).

    🔹 System Work

    • Maintain and update leads in CRM.
    • Work with phone systems.
    • Fill out simple Google Sheets reports.

    🌱 Growth Opportunity

    If we’re a good match and see strong results, this role can grow into:

    • a full-time weekday Sales Specialist position,
    • active B2B calling,
    • campaign ownership,
    • increased responsibility and income.

    • Experience in sales, customer care, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
